Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM East Africa Time may begin processing on the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may begin processing on the next working day.
Our normal order handling time is 0–1 working day after order confirmation.
